DistroVibe does not sell your personal data. We share information only under strict operational necessity:

3.1. Digital Service Providers (DSPs)

Contractual sharing of catalog metadata (legal name, artist name, cover art) with Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, etc., to make content available to the public.

3.2. Backend Infrastructure

Sharing files and metadata with partners and affiliates to execute technical delivery, generate analytics, and administer YouTube Content ID claims.

3.3. Fiscal & Tax Authorities

Secure processing of subscription fees and royalty withdrawals via Polar.sh. Mandatory reporting to local tax authorities as required by law..

3.4. Legal and Fraud Prevention: We may disclose data if required by law or to investigate copyright infringement and artificial streaming at our good-faith discretion.
