Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. This guarantee is designed to protect artists who are not satisfied with our service before their music is distributed to stores.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Rejection: Your release was rejected by our editorial team for quality or content reasons during the initial review process.
• Change of Mind: You decided to cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase AND you have not successfully delivered any content to Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
• Technical Error: You were charged due to a technical error on our platform (e.g., double charge).

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Service Consumed: Once your music has been successfully delivered to stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), the service is considered fully rendered.
• Policy Violations: If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, Copyright Policy, or for engaging in Streaming Fraud (artificial streams).
• Renewals: Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before charging.
• Takedowns: If you choose to take down your music from stores, you are not entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.

• Your Account Email
• Transaction ID / Receipt
• Reason for the request

We review all requests within 3 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
