Distribution Agreement

CRITICAL NOTICE TO ARTISTS

DistroVibe operates differently. We are an exclusive quality-first platform. Please read this entire agreement carefully. Violating our Strict Copyright or Anti-Fraud policies will result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

This Distribution Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you ("Artist" or "Licensor") and DistroVibe ("Distributor"). By registering a Pro account or uploading music, you agree to these strict terms.

1. Strict Copyright Policy

You confirm and warrant that you own 100% of the Master Recording and Composition rights for every track you upload.

PROHIBITED (Automatic Rejection):

  • "Type Beats" downloaded from YouTube without an Exclusive License.
  • Unauthorized remixes, mashups, or covers without proper mechanical licenses.
  • Samples from other songs (even "short" ones) that are not cleared.
  • AI-generated content intended to flood the market (Spam).

Verification: We may ask for project files (DAW sessions) or license contracts at any time to verify ownership. Failure to provide proof within 48 hours will result in rejection.

2. Subscription & Refund Policy

The "DistroVibe Pro" subscription is an annual service. We offer a Conditional Money-Back Guarantee under the following strict terms:

ELIGIBLE FOR 100% REFUND

  • Editorial Rejection: If your first release is rejected by our editorial team for quality reasons, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of payment.
  • Pre-Distribution Cancellation: If you decide not to use the service before any of your songs have been delivered to DSPs (Spotify, Apple, etc.), you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

  • Post-Distribution: Once a song has been approved and delivered to stores, the service is considered "Consumed". No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations.
  • Policy Violations: If your account is terminated due to Copyright Infringement, Streaming Fraud, or Terms of Service violations, you are not eligible for any refund.
  • Renewal Charges: Annual renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Streaming Fraud (artificial streams, bots, click farms) is theft. DistroVibe employs advanced detection systems.

CONSEQUENCES OF FRAUD:

  • Immediate Takedown: All your content will be removed from all stores.
  • Account Termination: Your account will be permanently banned.
  • Royalty Forfeiture: All unpaid royalties will be frozen and returned to the DSPs.
  • Financial Penalty: You agree to pay a penalty of $50.00 USD per infringing track to cover administrative and legal costs.

4. License Grant

You grant DistroVibe generic rights necessary to distribute your music (reproduction, distribution, public performance). This is a non-exclusive license. You keep your ownership. However, you agree not to distribute the same audio file through another distributor to the same stores at the same time (this causes metadata conflicts).
